Is This The Best Chicken Broth In The Known Universe?

In times of unwellness, my chicken broth may well do you more good than anything else out there. Packed with goodies, this broth will gently nourish your body and feed your soul. And, you don't have to wait till you're feeling under the weather either. Keep a jug in the fridge all the time, heat and drink a mug full everyday. You will feel the difference straight away. So, please make some and then you tell me if it is the best, I'd love your feedback.
AJAY'S CHICKEN BROTH RECIPE
2 organic, free range chicken carcasses
3 carrots, chopped in large chunks
4 celery sticks, chopped in large chunks
2 large onions chopped
1 whole knob of garlic, roughly chopped
5” piece of ginger, grated
1/2 chopped organic lemon, including peel
2 large dessertspoons of Activated Turmeric
5 sprigs of fresh thyme
A handful of dried sliced shitake mushrooms
5 bay leaves
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
A pinch of cayenne
1 dessertspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
Organic salt and pepper
Place everything into a very large stock pot and then fill pot with pure water. Bring to the boil and simmer for at least 3 hours, the longer the better. Strain and allow to cool. Then place in glass bottles in the fridge. Half fill a mug with the stock and top up with boiling water and enjoy. Alternatively, use it full strength by heating up in a pot on the stove. Please use all organic ingredients if possible.
This broth can also become a meal. Don't strain the broth. Instead add more veggies, chicken pieces etc and simmer till cooked, sprinkle with fresh herbs, for a delicious chicken soup.
Another option is to cook organic rice in the broth, 1 part organic rice to 2 parts chicken broth, add activated turmeric, spices herbs of choice and simmer till all the broth has absorbed. Use your imagination, your body will love you for it.
